Your documents are yours.

SaptaDrishti reviews documents that cannot be taken back — so how we hold, process, and protect them is not an afterthought. This page states, plainly, what we do with your data and what we will never do with it.

What we hold

An account: your name and email address, and a securely hashed password. The documents you freeze, and the versions and findings the protocol produces from them. A minimal audit log of authentication events (sign-ins, one-time-code requests) kept to protect the account. We do not sell data, and we do not run third-party advertising or tracking on your documents.

How your documents are handled

When you freeze a document, its exact text is hashed into a version record and stored encrypted at rest. The seven-lens audit sends the frozen text to the language-model provider(s) that run the analysis, solely to produce your findings. Your documents are never used to train any model — neither ours nor a provider’s. A report you email to yourself is password-protected and opens with the first four letters of your email address; a report you download in-app opens directly, since you are already the signed-in owner.

Who processes it (sub-processors)

We rely on a small, deliberate set of processors, each only for its stated purpose: a language-model provider for the audit itself; an email provider for one-time codes and report delivery; and a managed database host for storage. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function, and none is licensed to use your content for any other purpose.

How it is protected

Traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). Documents are encrypted at rest. Sign-in requires a password plus a one-time code sent to your email (two factors). Access to a document is scoped to the account that owns it and enforced on every request.

Retention and deletion

Your documents and their records are retained for as long as your account exists, so that a review and its evidence remain available to you. You may request deletion of a document or of your account; on an account deletion we remove your documents and personal data, save where a specific legal obligation requires a limited record to be retained.

Your choices

You can access the documents and findings held against your account at any time, export your reports, and request correction or deletion. To exercise any of these, or to ask a question about how your data is handled, contact us at vccf@vishwanathcancercare.org.

This page describes our current handling of data in good faith and will be kept current as the product evolves; it is a plain-language summary, not a substitute for a formal agreement where one governs your use.
