Section 5 · the five phases

Five phases. Every document gets all of them.

Depth scales with the document. Shape never does. A two line message to a minister and a ninety page dossier run the same phases, because small documents to important people are where organisations are most often wounded.

How many cycles it took is a fact about effort.
The two black bars are the moments that cannot be automated, by design. Software may execute the standards, detect the conflicts, apply the Canon and draft the rewrite. Only the owner accepts text, and only a named person signs. A fully unattended release does not conform, whatever its quality.

Every phase emits its artefact as it completes, and the bundle exports as a ZIP your auditors can verify offline without us. There is no administrative override, no support tool and no migration script that can create, alter or backdate any of it.
